Products and compatibility

We sell downloadable template files as described on each product page. No physical product is shipped. Review the included files, platform requirements and compatibility before purchase.

A website template is not necessarily a Shopify-installable theme; compatibility is determined by the individual product description.

Orders, prices and payment

Review the selected product, price, currency and total before completing checkout. Checkout displays the payable total and any applicable taxes. Payment is processed through the checkout payment provider.

We do not store your full payment-card number or security code. A purchase is not a subscription unless explicitly described as one.

Delivery

Download links are supplied electronically after successful payment under our Digital Delivery Policy. Provide a valid email address. Contact support if your link is missing or inaccessible.

License and customer responsibilities

Each purchase permits use for one personal or commercial website, subject to our License Terms. You may customize content, colors, images, layout and code.

You are responsible for your hosting, domain, third-party services, backups and replacing demo content and contact details with accurate information. Custom installation, hosting or development is included only if expressly stated on the product page.

Intellectual property

DIGIMASTERPRO retains rights in its original templates and source files. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses. Your own added content and branding remain yours.

You may not redistribute or resell the template source files, publish them in public repositories or offer them on another marketplace. This restriction does not prevent publishing your licensed finished website.

Refunds and consumer rights

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory guarantees, withdrawal rights where applicable, or other mandatory consumer protections. A purchase alone is not express consent to waive a statutory withdrawal right.

Website use and changes

Do not interfere with the store, bypass payment controls or access products you have not purchased. Product prices and these terms may change prospectively; changes do not remove rights attaching to earlier purchases.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect or consequential business losses. Any lawful contractual limit on liability does not apply where exclusion or limitation is prohibited, including applicable consumer guarantees, fraud or other non-excludable liability.

Complaints

Contact support@digimasterpro.net with your order number and complaint details. Mandatory rights to seek dispute resolution or remedies are unaffected.
