1. Seller and scope
These Terms of Sale apply to digital website templates purchased from DIGIMASTERPRO, 2 Rue Béthune Charost, 18000 Bourges, France.

2. Products and requirements
All products are digital downloads. Each product page describes the included files, features and compatibility. Review these details before purchasing.
A website template is not necessarily an installable Shopify or WordPress theme. Hosting, domains, installation and custom development are included only when expressly stated.
3. Prices and payment
The product price and currency are displayed before purchase. Checkout shows the payable total and applicable taxes. No physical shipping fee applies.
Payment is made using the methods available at checkout. Download delivery begins after successful payment confirmation.
4. Placing an order
Review your selected product, contact details and payable total before submitting an order with an obligation to pay. Provide a valid email address for confirmation and digital delivery.
An order confirmation is sent electronically. Keep a copy of the confirmation and the terms applicable to your purchase.
5. Digital delivery
For automatically delivered products, a download link is emailed after successful payment confirmation, normally without manual processing.
Payment review or technical issues may delay access. Any different delivery schedule is disclosed before purchase. Check your spam folder and contact support if the link is missing or does not work.

6. License
Each purchase permits use of the template for one personal or commercial website. Customization is permitted.
Redistribution, public sharing of the downloadable package and resale as a template are prohibited. A separate purchase is required for each additional website. Third-party asset licenses continue to apply.

7. Refunds and technical problems
Our Refund Policy covers inaccessible downloads that support cannot restore, corrupted or incomplete files, material differences from the product description and duplicate charges.
We seek to restore access or correct eligible problems, without limiting statutory remedies. If an eligible problem cannot be resolved, we provide a full refund for the affected product.
Approved refunds use the original payment method.
8. Statutory withdrawal
Where French/EU consumer withdrawal rules apply, consumers generally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw.
The exception for digital content supplied without a physical medium applies only when all statutory conditions are met, including prior express consent to early supply, acknowledgment of loss of the withdrawal right and the required confirmation.
Purchase, acceptance of these terms or downloading alone is not treated as sufficient consent.
If the required conditions are not met, applicable withdrawal rights remain available. The Refund Policy provides withdrawal instructions and a model statement. Statutory refunds are handled within the applicable legal deadlines.
9. Statutory guarantees
Consumers retain all applicable mandatory rights concerning conformity of digital content and other legal guarantees. These rights apply independently of our commercial refund terms and cannot be shortened by this policy.
Contact support to report a conformity problem and request the remedies available under applicable law.
10. Support and complaints
Send your order number, template name and issue details to support@digimasterpro.net .
Do not send passwords or full card details. Mandatory rights to consumer mediation and other dispute-resolution remedies remain unaffected.
11. Applicable law and changes
These terms are subject to applicable French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law applicable to them.
No clause requires a consumer to waive a legally available forum or remedy. Updates apply prospectively and do not remove rights attaching to earlier purchases.
