License Terms

Each DIGIMASTERPRO template purchase includes a license for one personal or commercial website.
Permitted use
You may:
- Download the purchased template files.
- Customize their content, colors, images, layout and code.
- Publish the resulting website for your own business or one client.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell the original or modified template as a template.
- Redistribute the source files.
- Share the purchased archive publicly.
- Upload the template to another marketplace.
- Sell copies of the template.
- Claim ownership of the original DIGIMASTERPRO design.
Hosting source files as necessary to operate your licensed finished website is permitted; distributing them as a reusable package is not.
Additional websites
Purchase a separate license for each additional website or client project. A purchase does not grant unlimited-site or redistribution rights.
Ownership and third-party assets
DIGIMASTERPRO retains ownership of its original template design and files. You own content, images and branding you add.
Demo images or icons may require replacement before launch. Any third-party asset license or attribution requirement accompanying the files continues to apply.
Refunds
A full refund for a template terminates the license for that template, subject to applicable law.
