DIGIMASTERPRO sells downloadable website templates. No parcel is sent and no physical shipping fee applies. Checkout may request billing information for payment or tax purposes.

Delivery method and timing

For products configured for automatic delivery, a download link is sent to the email supplied at checkout automatically after successful payment confirmation.

Delivery normally follows payment confirmation without manual processing. Payment review, an incorrect email or a technical problem may delay access. Any different product-specific delivery schedule is disclosed before purchase.

Your download

Check your inbox and spam/promotions folders. Download the supplied archive and keep a backup. Follow the included setup instructions and product requirements.

Download limits, where applicable, are shown in the delivery instructions; no unlimited or permanent access is promised unless expressly stated.

Missing or defective files

Email support@digimasterpro.net with your order number, checkout email and issue details.

We will investigate and restore access, resend the files or provide corrected files where appropriate. If an eligible issue cannot be resolved, the Refund Policy applies.
