Digital products
DIGIMASTERPRO sells downloadable website templates. No physical products are supplied or returned. This policy explains our commercial refund terms and does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
Eligible circumstances
We review refund requests where:
- Download access cannot be restored by support.
- The delivered files are corrupted, incomplete or unusable as supplied.
- The delivered template materially differs from its product description.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
Resolving problems
We first seek to restore access, resend the archive or supply corrected files, where appropriate and consistent with your legal rights. If the issue cannot be resolved, we provide a full refund for the affected product. Verified duplicate charges are refunded.
Change of mind and excluded services
Subject to any applicable statutory withdrawal or other consumer rights, our commercial refund policy does not cover a change of mind after downloading, missing technical knowledge or hosting where requirements were disclosed, or requests for custom features and design services not included in the product description. These exclusions do not apply to defective or misdescribed products or other mandatory remedies.
How to request a refund
Email support@digimasterpro.net with your order number, template name and a description of the issue. Include screenshots or error messages where useful. Contact us promptly; applicable statutory claim periods are not shortened by this policy.
Refund method and license
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider posting times can vary. On a full refund for a template, the license for that template ends; stop using it and delete its files and copies, subject to applicable law.
Statutory withdrawal and digital-content rights
Where French/EU consumer withdrawal rules apply, consumers generally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw. An exception for digital content supplied without a physical medium applies only when all required legal conditions are met, including prior express consent to early supply, acknowledgment of losing the withdrawal right and the required confirmation.
Simply accepting this policy or downloading a file is not treated as sufficient consent. If the conditions are not met, applicable withdrawal rights remain available. Rights relating to conformity, defects and other mandatory remedies remain unaffected.
